Returns and Exchanges
For sanitary reasons returns and exchanges are not allowed. Please be sure to measure for the appropriate fit.

Shipping Policy
All items are shipped via USPS first class mail at no charge. Items are sent with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We offer Route shipping protection at checkout for a small percentage of your order total. All claims are handled with Route. By turning off Route package protection your package is not covered and we are not liable for your package once it leaves us.
We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing/loose gems, etc).
A replacement of the exact item will be sent or store credit will be given (based on our discretion) upon the return of the defective item.
If a package is sent and is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address given or incomplete/incorrect information, once the item is received back to us the customer will be responsible for a $5 reship fee. If the reship fee is not paid a refund will be given less the cost of our shipping fees for restocking as we do not accept returns.

All orders are processed within 3-6 business days. Please note all orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process before shipping.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Custom Orders:

All custom orders take up to 3-4 weeks to ship out. All custom orders are NON RETURNABLE and CAN'T BE CANCELLED once placed due to custom and made to order process involved.
